Full Service Wedding Design & Planning
This is your special day, and when you trust us to handle your wedding from inspiration to fulfillment, we will co-design (you are always the one in charge when it comes to your wedding) and produce your destination wedding so that all you have to do is enjoy yourself on the big day. We know how to help you find the best venue for your Costa Rica wedding. Being familiar with most of the popular wedding venues throughout the country, as well as with a few more offbeat and lesser known – yet awesome – locations, allows us to make the right recommendations for your style. We will help you find the right wedding vendors, review contracts, and handle negotiations on your behalf. We will work closely with you in the wedding design, floral design, cake elaboration, music selections, and any other related service that will make your wedding day unique.
As a small wedding coordination company, we guarantee personalized and outstanding service to our clients, accepting only a limited number of weddings in order to ensure this. Our full service Costa Rica wedding design and planning option includes our guidance and assistance in the event that you want to make an inspection visit prior to the wedding. We will accompany you to your chosen venue (or venues if you are not decided on one just yet), set up menu & cake tastings and do a sample setup with flowers and linens for you to approve (or modify). We will even help you find amazing rates at the hotels and pick you up at the airport if you need us to!
Day-of-Wedding Coordination
For couples that want to take full charge of all the details of their wedding day, and do not wish to hire a wedding designer or coordinator throughout the planning process but would like to have some help on the actual wedding day, we offer day-of-wedding coordination options. One of our wedding planners will work closely with you during the last stages leading up to your wedding day, creating timelines and setup diagrams to provide to all booked vendors, and supervising deliveries, setup and details on the wedding day, allowing the bride and groom to sit back and enjoy their big day.
Wedding Day Designer
An amazing option for the couple that only needs help with the theme, setup, and flowers of their wedding day. One of our experienced designers will help you design these details and serve as liaison with the recommended Costa Rica wedding vendors that will provide them. This service is a great alternative that can help the bride and groom achieve a personal touch on their wedding day, specially if they are getting married in a location that offers set packages without many room for personalization!
